✨ Change(s)
Change is the central theme of the café, because phases of change are deeply human. And at the same time, change is very often associated with a certain “heaviness”. You can find ideas on how to make things clearer and easier in my Change Café.
☯️ Mindfulness without “the buzz"
"Esoteric"? Lotus seat? Incense sticks? Not here! Instead, there will be pragmatic exercises, fresh perspectives and certainly a personal story or two.
👁️🗨️ Story time!
A good café also needs stories. From me personally, from my everyday (working) life and, in perspective, also from and with guests. You’ll get all of that in the Change Café.
🤓 Nerd time!
Here you will hopefully find easily “digestable” model and theory snacks with a (mostly) scientific foundation. Often with practical relevance, because little is as practical as a good theory :-). My aim is to learn together in the Change Café.
