For me, that is often a good time to look back on the week.
Today I was equipped with a warm mug of coffee, my journal and the beautiful spring rain outdoors.
Colorful markers help me to easily highlight certain parts in categories (=usually things I intend to focus on); although I already do that during the week while daily logging / rapid logging, too.
Those Sunday moments are time for me to:
Reflect. Appreciate. Let go.
Learn. See patterns.
Pause.
When I’m done, I usually take a deep breath & continue with living life to its fullest!
Reflection loops bigger than a day!?

How do your “bigger” learning loops look like?
Do you have:
a special day / time,
equipment,
environment,
… for reflection loops bigger than a day?
