Weekly Reflection: (Journaling) Prompts to the rescue!?
businessjournaling.substack.com
Sometimes we feel stuck. Our brains get stuck in too much thinking. Words don’t flow onto the paper or Business Journaling itself can feel like a burden.
Prompts can help free our reflection abilities again.
What is one thing you want to be grateful for tonight? or: What is one thing you will be grateful for tonight?
Who will you appreciate today?
At the end of a day:
What is one thing you let go of now?
What did you feel grateful for today?
How did you feel love today?
Most of those prompts reconnect us humans with our emotions. They might not appear too “business-like” for everyone. Yet we are all humans. Even at work! 🙂
Please share, I’m curious!
